Entry & Visa
Polish citizens can enter Czech Republic with an ID card or passport (free movement).
Free movement: ID or passport is enough
EU citizen: enter with a valid passport or national ID card; there are normally no border checks inside the Schengen area, but carry your document. Border checks can be reintroduced temporarily, and a passport or ID card is always needed when you travel to or from Cyprus or Ireland. For a stay of more than 3 months you may need to register as a resident.
