French citizens don't need a visa for Vietnam for stays of up to 45 days.
No visa needed
Visa-free for up to 45 days from the date of entry (valid from 15 Mar 2025 to 14 Mar 2028). For a longer stay, apply for an e-visa (US$25 single entry, US$50 multiple entry, valid up to 90 days). Immigration recommends filling in the pre-arrival form at prearrival.immigration.gov.vn before you enter.
