French citizens don't need a visa for China for stays of up to 30 days.
No visa needed
Visa-free for up to 30 days with an ordinary passport, for business, tourism, family visits, exchanges or transit, until the end of 31 Dec 2026. For a longer stay or another purpose, get a visa from a Chinese embassy or consulate before you travel.
