Dutch citizens don't need a visa for Mexico for stays of up to 180 days.
No visa needed
Fill in the immigration form (FMM) at the point of entry. The visitor fee (DNR) for entry by air is MXN 983 in 2026; check whether your airline has already included it in your ticket. A visa is needed to stay longer than 180 days or to do paid work.
