Saudi citizens need a visa from an embassy or consulate to visit Mexico.
Visa needed from an embassy or consulate
Saudi citizens need a Mexican visa from a Mexican consulate before travel. You do not need one if you hold a valid visa from Canada, the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom or a Schengen country (or permanent residence in one of those countries).
