Russian citizens flying to Mexico apply online for the electronic authorisation (SAE) on the INM site, print it and show it to the airline. It is valid for 30 days and one trip, and it does not cover arrival by land or sea. Fill in the FMM on arrival. Holders of a valid US, UK, Schengen, Canadian or Japanese visa can enter without it.
